Spring Ahead Part Three
Hello Friends. This is YogaAnita and on our last podcast we talked about springing forward and setting new intentions. Today is part three.
So how are you doing? Do you feel like you are making progress? Do you need a pep talk?
First, remember when you set your intention it has to be doable and specific. There is a big difference between “I want to earn an extra $1,000 a month” and “I will send out three job emails a week” or “I will look further into that side job. What are my next steps?”
Are you writing down your steps? If not, stop right now, open notes app on your phone, or grab your journal and start writing down the first thing you need to do. That’s it. No timeline, no ifs/and/buts-just the first thing you need to do. And when you accomplish it, check it off and write down your second step.
Who are you reading about lately? Who are you following on social media? Is it someone who can lift you up?
Finally, congratulate yourself on taking these steps. Don’t give up yet. Stay focused on your plan. You have to do it for at least two weeks before it becomes your new habit.
