Anita Perry is an author, educator, yogi, and blogger and has helped people for more than 47 years in the health and fitness field. Ms. Perry has a Master’s Degree in Education and is an E-RYT500 registered with Yoga Alliance. She provides yoga instruction and meditation in group, individual, corporate, and school settings. She has been featured on local TV and in many online articles about yoga and meditation. Ms. Perry is the author of Yogaminute and Yoga Wisdom-Reflections of a Practicing Yogi and a frequent guest wellness speaker. Ms. Perry was voted Best Yoga and Meditation Instructor two years in a row and has been interviewed nationally and internationally. Anita is a wonderful yoga instructor, she guides the class with fluidity and creates a very calm, relaxed environment. I really like how the class blends hatha yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation. I leave feeling de-stressed and refreshed. ~Jessica J.

She began class on time and the space is relaxing and intimate. Very talented teacher. Extremely knowledgeable in her practice.
