Anita's class is great and perfect for a beginner like myself. Has helped me greatly with my recovery from back surgery. Highly recommended for anyone with mobility problems. My surgeons are thrilled I'm taking yoga. And it's also enjoyable.

Anita is a very intelligent, calm and caring person. Attending her class you can tell that she has a passion for yoga, health, and teaching. Using certified yoga techniques, she instructs her class on how to better their mind and body. Taking her class is like taking a little vacation in your week, it's very relaxing and draws you back for more. Over time, you gain greater flexibility and movement. You also gain knowledge of proper breathing techniques that help you get the most out of it. It's easy to start as a beginner in her classes, but she also offers advanced poses to challenge you.
