Anita Perry is an author, educator, yogi, and blogger and has helped people for more than 44 years in the health and fitness field. Ms. Perry has a Master’s Degree in Education and is an E-RYT registered with Yoga Alliance. She provides yoga instruction and meditation in group, individual, corporate, and school settings. She has been featured on local TV and in many online articles about yoga and meditation. Ms. Perry is the author of Yogaminute and Yoga Wisdom-Reflections of a Practicing Yogi and a frequent guest wellness speaker. Ms. Perry was voted Best Yoga and Meditation Instructor two years in a row and was recently named to the Fitness Experts to Follow in 2019 list.
