Dear Friends,
The holiday season is upon us. Actually, as soon as Halloween was put away many retail establishments started with the Christmas decor, but I like to wait until now to ease myself into all the holiday hoopla. For me and I’m sure for some of you, the holidays are bittersweet as we think about the ones who are no longer with us. The holidays are also a stressful time as we push through planning and preparations. So please give yourself the gift of yoga. Whether you are in front of me at a class, listening to a podcast, or reading one of my books, I am with you. Let’s enjoy the holidays together with some yoga, meditation, and energy self healing.
