I bring over 47 years of experience in health and fitness to every session, and my approach is shaped by decades as an educator. That means your sessions won’t ever feel cookie-cutter — they’ll feel personal, intuitive, and unique to you.
You’ll be guided through movement, meditation, as well as optional energy healing techniques (like Chinese acupressure) in a way that’s grounded, practical, and immediately beneficial.

What to Expect
Each session is designed around your goals and how you feel that day. We start with a short check-in to see how you’re feeling, and then move into a gentle yoga sequence that supports your body and mind. I may incorporate:
- Meditation techniques to calm and focus
- Guided meditation or visualization
- Energy self-healing or acupressure points
- Movement designed to restore balance and strength
- Sessions are available in-person and online, and can be scheduled as a one-time reset or on a recurring basis.
