Even though as I am writing this on a cold, rainy day, I am like that girl in the picture. I can’t wait for summer time fun! And to me that includes yoga. Whether we meet on the mat or in the chair, yoga will help you to renew and relax all the tension and stress you might be carrying around with you. Check out your options below and remember if something doesn’t meet your preferred day or time, contact me so we can figure out something that does.

Free Outdoor Yoga
June 18-August 27, 2025

Another great year of yoga and fun! 3 teachers so you can choose your style.  Register once, sign the liability form, and when you come, we give you a bracelet to wear for the entire summer series. Bring your mat and a water bottle. Great for the whole family. Come rain or shine (we have an indoor location).

This year I will be teaching a gentle mat class so if you have been seeing me for chair yoga, feel free to come and try this out.
