Simple practices to help you stay balanced, refreshed, and calm—inside and out.
🌿 COOL THE BODY
- Hydrate with Cooling Foods
Sip water regularly and enjoy cucumber, watermelon, mint, and coconut water to cool from within. - Use Cooling Essential Oils
Apply diluted peppermint, eucalyptus, or lavender oil to the back of your neck or wrists. - Lukewarm Showers or Foot Soaks
Help your body release heat with a lukewarm rinse or soak. Add Epsom salts and a drop of mint oil for extra comfort.
🧘 COOL THE MIND
- Cooling Breath (Sheetali Pranayama)
Roll your tongue into a tube (or purse your lips) and slowly inhale through the mouth, then exhale through the nose. Repeat for 5–10 breaths. - Digital Detox Time
Step away from screens for at least 30 minutes each day to clear mental clutter. - Cooling Visualization
Close your eyes and picture yourself by a cool stream, in a snowy forest, or under moonlight to mentally reset.
🔮 COOL THE SPIRIT
- Time in Quiet Nature
Sit under a shady tree, walk barefoot on the earth, or simply breathe with the wind. Let nature help you reset. - Gratitude in the Shade
Reflect on three things you’re grateful for while sitting in stillness. Gratitude cools fiery emotions and opens the heart. - Soothing Sounds
Listen to soft music, flowing water, or mantras like “So Hum” to calm and nourish the spirit.
Stay light, stay kind, stay cool.
